Development is a key aspec to human survival. Human development becomes fundamental to the overall global development, when it proceed from personal fulfilment. Now, when we integrate that with technology it becomes more effect to monitor and effect development across all the facets of an entity. 

Bringing about change is a tough task to do when we do not live the change we want first.
